Designed for advanced feeding for a range of micro sized part types. Utilizing a precision glass feed surface, micro sized parts can be fed forward, backward and reoriented with the use of flipping action without the use of any tooling. The new design allows for standard downward mounted camera plus allows for the ability to use a bottom mounted upward pointing camera. Utilizing the new capability of an upward mounted camera, a system can process parts without any concern for the robot blocking the camera FOV, which allows for uninterrupted vision processing.
